Community & Content Creator Intern - Stage

We're looking for a creative, proactive, and digitally savvy Content & E-commerce Marketing Intern to help grow CoClo's online presence. You'll play a key role in creating engaging content, managing our e-commerce platform, and helping us build a strong community around circular fashion.

The internship must be part of an internship agreement with an academic institution and is unpaid.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Social Media:

• Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other social media channels.
• Develop and schedule social media content aligned with CoClo's brand identity.
• Write blog articles, newsletters and website copy to engage our community and improve SEO.
• Stay on top of social media trends and suggest fresh content ideas.

E-commerce & Website Management:

• Upload new products and collections to the website.
• Update product descriptions, visuals and pricing.
• Ensure product pages are accurate, attractive and optimized.
• Help maintain a smooth and engaging online shopping experience.

Email Marketing & Campaigns:

• Create and send newsletters.
• Support the planning and execution of seasonal campaigns, product launches and promotional activities.
• Assist in developing creative marketing initiatives across digital channels.

Community & Performance:

• Engage with our online community across social media platforms.
• Monitor content performance, website traffic and engagement metrics.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve digital performance.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Creative, curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a start-up environment.
• Passionate about fashion, sustainability, and digital marketing.
• Loves creating content and has a good eye for visuals and storytelling.
• Excellent oral communication skills in French and/or Dutch.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Experience with Canva, CapCut and/or similar design tools.
• Experience working with website/CMS tool is a plus.

CoClo — Collective Clothes — c'est une plateforme belge de seconde main premium.

L'idée est simple : on sélectionne des vêtements de qualité, on les vérifie, on les met en ligne. Pas de fast fashion, pas de mauvaises surprises.

Pour celles qui veulent vendre, c'est simple et sans effort. Les clientes nous contactent, elles reçoivent une étiquette d’envoi pour expédier leurs pièces, et on récupère les vêtements.

Ensuite, deux cas de figure :

• Si les pièces sont en bon état, elles peuvent être revendues directement. On s’occupe alors de toute la mise en ligne - photo, détails, communication - et la cliente récupère 40% du prix de vente une fois la pièce vendue.
• Si elles ont besoin d'une seconde vie — réparation, transformation ou upcycling — CoClo les récupère et la cliente reçoit un bon d'achat utilisable directement sur la plateforme.

Dans tous les cas, aucune pièce n'est jetée. L’équipe travaille d’ailleurs actuellement avec une designer sur une collection 100 % upcyclée créée à partir de jeans et de pièces qui ne pouvaient plus être revendues.

Pour les acheteuses, CoClo propose des vêtements sélectionnés pour leur qualité, vérifiés par l’équipe et accompagnés des mensurations exactes des pièces. 

L’objectif est de rendre la seconde main plus simple, plus fiable et plus qualitative, autant pour les vendeuses que pour les acheteuses.
