Relocation Coordinator

Do you want to work in an international environment? As a relocation coordinator at Anywr Belgium, you assist employers, their international employees and family members with their relocation to Belgium and the Netherlands. You are the central point in the relocation and ensure that everything runs as smoothly as possible. You advise employers and employees, make schedules, ensure that the relocations cause as few headaches as possible. You will work closely together with the employee, her or his employer and various internal and external parties. The minimum number of hours for this position is 32 hours per week. After your introductory period, you can work partly from home.

What background do you have?

• you are service-oriented
• you are a good communicator, a good listener and have empathy
• you know the Belgian society and regulations
• you are well-organized and have a sharp eye for detail
• at least two years of experience in a service position. If this is in another sector, no problem, you’ll get a thorough introduction
• excellent language skills, preferably in Dutch, French and English (oral and written)
