Hybrid leadership role blending operations, team management & project delivery in a fast-paced, tech-driven international environment in Brussels.
This role combines operational leadership, project coordination, and team management in a highly dynamic and technical environment.
You will act as a key link between strategy and execution , ensuring smooth operations while driving improvement initiatives and supporting cross-functional collaboration.
Operations & Team Management Lead - Role & Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and service quality
- Manage and support technical and operational teams , fostering collaboration and accountability
- Oversee projects and process improvements , from planning through execution
- Collaborate with IT, engineering, and management to align priorities and objectives
- Monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimization strategies
- Support incident handling, escalation management, and operational continuity
Jouw profiel
Operations & Team Management Lead - Profile- Experience in operations management , team leadership, or project coordination
- Strong ability to combine hands-on execution with strategic thinking
- Background in technical, infrastructure, or fast-paced environments
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership mindset with ability to motivate and guide teams
- Fluent in English; French and/or Dutch is a strong plus
