General Management Trainee

Project Management

• Collaborate with hotel management to assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various hotel projects.

• Conduct research, prepare reports, and contribute to project proposals.

• Assist in project coordination, scheduling, and budget tracking.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.

• Analyse data and provide recommendations to improve project outcomes.

Daily Hotel Operations

• Gain exposure to daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage.

• Assist in maintaining high-quality guest service standards and resolving guest inquiries or concerns.

• Contribute to the optimization of hotel processes to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.

• Collaborate with department heads to ensure smooth operations and guest experiences.

• Participate in the planning and execution of special events or promotions.

HR Support

• Support the Hotel Manager with employee relations: assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

• Maintain employee records and confidential information in compliance with data protection regulations.

• Participate in HR-related projects and initiatives such as staff parties or staff forum.

• Help organize training sessions and employee engagement activities.

Profile

• Fluent in both English and French (spoken and written).

• Enrolled in a relevant degree program, preferably in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field, you have a school convention from November 2026 for minimum 6 months.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Passion for the hospitality industry and a strong customer service orientation.

• Adaptability and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
