Onze partner is een erkende Europese specialist in cybersecurity en een toonaangevende Microsoft Elite Partner, actief in de Benelux, het Verenigd Koninkrijk en Ierland. In het kader van zijn verdere groei op de Belgisch-Luxemburgse markt is hij op zoek naar een ervaren Account Manager.
De rol
Een full lifecycle salesfunctie met een gelijke verdeling (50/50) tussen new business development en het beheren en laten groeien van bestaande accounts. Elke nieuwe klant die je binnenhaalt, blijft in jouw portefeuille.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor:
- Het binnenhalen van nieuwe klanten (mid-market en lower enterprise) in BeLux
- Het ontwikkelen en behouden van een bestaande klantenportefeuille via upsell en cross-sell
- Het beheren van de volledige salescyclus, van eerste contact tot closing
- Het uitbouwen van strategische relaties met Microsoft en technologiepartners
- Het up-to-date houden van pipeline en forecasts in Salesforce CRM
Gezocht profiel
- Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels (Frans is een troef)
- Bewezen trackrecord in new business B2B op de BeLux-markt
- Ervaring in complexe solution selling binnen het Microsoft-ecosysteem (M365, Azure, Security & Compliance) of de cybersecuritysector
- Goede kennis van managed services-modellen
- Medior tot senior profiel, autonoom en resultaatgericht
