Als HR Business Partner ben je verantwoordelijk voor zowel het strategische als operationele luik binnen België. Je takenpakket:
- Je fungeert als het centrale People & Organisation-aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en leidinggevenden voor het volledige medewerkerstraject van instroom, doorstroom tot uitstroom.
- Je adviseert en coacht het Belgische Management Team en durft leidinggevenden constructief uit te dagen op HR-vlak.
- Je slaat een brug tussen het internationale HR-beleid en de lokale Belgische wetgeving en operationele context.
- Je initieert en coordineert HR-projecten die zowel lokaal als globaal uitgerold worden.
- Je begeleidt de digitale HR-transformatie en waarborgt data-integriteit in de HR-systemen (zoals de verdere verankering van AFAS).
- Je beheert en voert end-to-end HR-processen en operationele HR-taken uit.
- Je werkt samen met externe partners (eg. sociaal secretariaat Group S) en interne stakeholders (eg. IT, Finance, …) voor een accurate en correcte HR-dienstverlening.
- Je bereidt HR-dossiers voor en levert de nodige informatie t.b.v. overleg en besluitvorming binnen het bedrijf.
- Je waarborgt naleving van de Belgische sociale wetgeving.
