About the Role
Akkodis is supporting a leading player in the energy sector in their ambition to transform the electricity system into a more reliable, sustainable, and future-ready ecosystem.
We are looking for a Senior AI & Automation Business Analyst to act at the intersection of Business and IT , contributing to large-scale transformation initiatives powered by digital innovation, automation, and artificial intelligence .

- Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI and automation can drive efficiency and innovation
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements
- Act as a bridge between business teams and implementation teams , ensuring alignment and successful delivery
- Promote and evangelize the adoption of AI and automation technologies across the organization
- Analyze, prioritize, and validate AI and automation use cases , assessing their value and feasibility
- Coordinate cross-functional projects involving multiple technologies and stakeholders
- Support the implementation of new digital solutions within complex operational environments
- Train and guide business teams to ensure optimal adoption and usage of new tools
- Contribute to enhancing system visibility, performance, and operational intelligence
Your Profile
- Minimum 9 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Project Analyst, or similar role
- Strong expertise in AI and automation technologies and their application in enterprise environments
- Proven experience in project management and cross-functional coordination
- Experience delivering AI-driven initiatives within large organisations , ideally in regulated industries
- Excellent analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously , take initiative, and drive results
- Strong xbpgvfh communication skills with a business-oriented mindset
- A collaborative team player with a solution-driven attitude
- Fluent in Dutch and/or French , with a good command of English
Education
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, or equivalent
