Senior Business Analyst – Energy Sector

In a rapidly evolving energy landscape, you will join a dynamic team driving innovation, regulatory adaptation, and digital transformation. As a Senior Business Analyst , you will play a central role in bridging business, data, and market operations, ensuring alignment across projects and stakeholders.
You will contribute to a diverse project portfolio focused on market coordination, data management, and transformation initiatives within the energy sector.
Act as a Business Analyst across one or more strategic projects
Support change management and user adoption (training, communication, materials)
Develop communication and training materials
Analyze new initiatives and change requests from both business and market perspectives
Define and support execution of end-to-end (E2E) test scenarios
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst
Proven experience in Business Process Management (BPM)
Experience in change management (training, communication, adoption)
Experience in quality management and testing (acceptance/E2E)
Dutch proficiency at CEFR level C2
Proactive and adaptable team player
You will be part of a leading utility organization managing large-scale energy and data infrastructure, including electricity, gas, and digital services across the region. The organization plays a key role in enabling the energy transition and facilitating data exchange within the energy ecosystem.
