Digital communication & Content creation Intern - Stage

Pacson Music School & Studios is looking for a creative and ambitious Content Creation & Creative Marketing Intern to contribute to the development of our brand identity, digital presence and creative projects.

You will work at the intersection of marketing, content creation, brand strategy and the music industry , with the opportunity to take ownership of projects and see your ideas come to life. From concerts and artist interviews to workshops, live sessions and behind-the-scenes content, you will play an active role in shaping how Pacson Music School is perceived and experienced by its community.

Your Responsibilities

Content & Digital Marketing

• Create photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and other digital platforms.
• Film lessons, workshops, concerts, rehearsals, interviews and live performances.
• Edit engaging short-form videos and develop creative formats adapted to different audiences.
• Produce content showcasing our teachers, students, artists, musicians and recording studio.
• Capture behind-the-scenes moments and develop authentic visual storytelling.
• Contribute to maintaining a strong and consistent brand identity across our digital platforms.

Creative & Marketing Projects

• Develop creative concepts for artist spotlights, interviews, promotional campaigns and events.
• Contribute to the promotion and communication of concerts, workshops, masterclasses and special projects.
• Think about how content can increase brand awareness, engagement and community growth .
• Experiment with new creative formats, editing styles and content strategies.
• Help build and organize a high-quality library of photo and video assets.
• Bring new ideas and contribute to the creative direction of the school.

Project & Event Support

• Welcome students, artists and visitors during events.
• Participate in projects from the initial concept through to execution and promotion.
• Work independently while coordinating with artists, teachers and the wider Pacson team.

• Has good communication skills

Bonus

• Have experience using Canva or other graphic design tools.
• Have photography skills.
