- Ownership over een digitaal customer platform en samenwerking met business stakeholders, UX/UI designers en delivery teams.
- Vertalen van business- en customer needs naar product requirements, feature roadmaps en digitale verbeteringen.
- Opvolgen van digitale releases, go-to-market activiteiten en adoptie van nieuwe functionaliteiten.
- Analyseren van gebruikersgedrag en digitale performance via tools zoals ContentSquare en andere behavioural analytics platformen.
- Mee vormgeven van product management processen, documentatie en samenwerking via Confluence binnen een Agile/SAFe omgeving.
Profiel
- Ervaring als Digital Product Manager binnen digitale platformen, customer portals of omnichannel omgevingen.
- Hands-on ervaring met ContentSquare or other analytic tools, digital analytics en data-driven decision making.
- Ervaring met Confluence en het opzetten van documentatie, templates en collaboration best practices.
- Sterke stakeholder management skills en ervaring binnen Agile/SAFe teams.
- Vlotte kennis Nederlands en professionele kennis van Frans en Engels.
