Jouw functie
Als business unit manager beheer je een portefeuille van technische onderhoudscontracten en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit, efficiëntie en rendabiliteit ervan. Je stuurt een team van site managers en techniekers aan en werkt actief mee aan de verdere professionalisering en groei van de organisatie.
Jouw taken
Aansturen van 2 tot 4 Site Managers en 6 tot 16 techniekers.
Coördineren van planning, communicatie en operationele activiteiten.
Beheren en opvolgen van onderhoudscontracten.
Opstellen van offertes en bewaken van marges en rendabiliteit.
Uitbouwen van commerciële opportuniteiten binnen bestaande klantenrelaties.
Organiseren van periodieke klantbesprekingen.
Opstarten van nieuwe contracten en afronden van lopende contracten.
Optimaliseren van processen rond ERP, facturatie, leveranciersbeheer, veiligheid en kwaliteit.
Ondersteunen bij de aanwerving van techniekers en Site Managers.
Bijdragen aan business development en de groei van de organisatie
