Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Agent - Remote in Greece - Relocation Package

We are looking for Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Agents to join international teams in Athens and Thessaloniki . Depending on the project, you may provide customer service, after-sales support, technical assistance, roadside assistance, claims support, or support for business customers.

Working Location: This role is only remote in Greece. Work remotely anywhere in Greece.
Work Model: Remote
Language: Dutch – C1/C2 level
English: B2–C1, depending on the project
Compensation: €1,300–€1,500 gross/month (paid over 14 months) + performance-based bonus of up to €250/month, depending on the project
Relocation Package: Hotel accommodation, airport pick-up, flight ticket, and real estate agency fee
Working Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend shifts depending on the project

Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Greece. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat
• Handle inquiries related to products, services, orders, deliveries, payments, warranties, and repairs
• Provide after-sales support and assist with returns, replacements, refunds, and warranty claims
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers through product setup and configuration
• Handle customer complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions
• Create and manage customer cases accurately in CRM systems
• Investigate customer issues and determine the most appropriate solution
• Escalate complex cases to the relevant internal teams when necessary
• Provide customers with timely updates regarding their cases
• Complete back-office tasks and maintain accurate customer records
• Use internal tools and knowledge bases to research information and resolve inquiries
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in every interaction

Requirements

• C1/C2 level of Dutch
• B2–C1 level of English , depending on the project
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Customer-oriented and solution-focused approach
• Ability to remain calm and professional when handling challenging customer situations
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced international environment
• Basic familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools is an advantage
