Clinical Sales Associate
Intuitive Surgical
Intuitive Surgical seeks a Clinical Sales Associate in Brussels to drive utilization of da Vinci Surgical Systems across the region. The role involves training surgical teams, supporting case selection, expanding the user base, and executing regional sales strategies.
Responsibilities
- Execute clinical sales plans to maximize da Vinci System utilization in assigned territory
- Train surgical teams on system operations, OR integration, and clinical applications
- Support case review and selection with surgical teams to ensure consistent system usage
- Develop qualified lead pipelines and engage hospital staff and surgeon thought leaders
- Manage administrative tasks including sales reporting, procedure tracking, and expense documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum two years medical device support/training or healthcare sales experience
- Successful track record in sales support or sales roles
- Fluent in English and local language(s)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Willingness to travel up to 70% for field presence
- Knowledge of operating room environment preferred
