What you do :

The Operations department is composed of 4 distinct entities: Landbased Gaming Operations , Online Gaming Operations , Sports Betting Operations , and Risk & Controlling Operations .

You will be part of the Online Gaming Operations entity, where tasks include online communication , online promotions, online customer support , management and enhancement of our gaming sites , as well as the launch of new digital projects . This is where everything happens in the world of online gaming, plain and simple!

As a ( Jr) Digital Casino Product Specialist , your role will be to act as the Operational Point Of Contact for casino products. In constant communication with providers, you will be responsible for providing insight to the group on product developments and innovations.

Your key responsabilities :

• Act as a OPOC for all casino related questions from internal departments and our product suppliers . Respond to escalated product related customer requests.

• Ensure the maintenance and management of Casino Games.

• Contribute to the development of a competitive site in terms of features, user experience, content and design .

• Create attractive promotions and organize tournaments to boost player engagement.

• Maintain positive relationships with suppliers to foster long-term collaboration.

• Monitor the performance of games , promotions , and tournaments to identify areas for improvement.

Your manager, Didier , is the lead of the Digital Products team . He'll quickly let you work autonomously and won't hesitate to provide regular feedback with complete transparency.

Who are you :

More than a diploma, it's a personality we are looking for!

• Passionate about gaming and gambling , you ideally have some experience with the sector and with digital platforms/products

• Expertise in product management and development is not needed but you are organized, structured and pragmatic in your way of working

• Organized and thorough , you structure your way to deal with multiple projects and are not scared to take care of some repetitive yet essential tasks (follow-up, admin, thumbnails, etc.)

• Excellent communication and presentations skills in French or Dutch , with a good knowledge of the other language . You are also comfortable to use English in a professional setting

• Independent and solution-oriented , you also like working as part of a team

• Flexible , you know some issues or events can happen around the clock and are open to adapt your shifts and schedule when needed

• Passion for digital products and comfortable with new technologies and online platforms

• Experience in project management and knowledge of relevant tools such as Office , Jira or Asana could help

• An open-ended full-time contract (39 hours/week) with 29 days of leave
