Head of Growth Intern

We're looking for someone who wants to prove that industry can be convinced to change the way it uses and treats water. Not assist someone who does it. Do it.

This role is built for an aspiring entrepreneur: you'll build Revalio's acquisition engine among industrial companies, with a co-founder as your direct mentor and real freedom to take initiative.

What you'll do

• Design and run go-to-market strategies to attract new industrial clients

• Build concrete growth initiatives: webinars, cold calling, email campaigns and content, focused on water, wastewater treatment and water reuse

• Propose and execute creative marketing ideas to grow our visibility and engagement in the industrial water sector

• Run market analyses to identify opportunities and trends: industrial water savings, treatment technologies, regulatory shifts

• Work closely with our marketing, sales and operations teams to align on growth objectives

• Own concrete projects with a measurable impact on client acquisition

What you'll bring

• Structured, able to turn complex ideas into a clear message

• Excellent written and spoken communication, in English and/or French

• Solid foundations in marketing and growth strategy, and a genuine appetite for industrial business models

• Comfortable with numbers: finance, economics, business cases. A spreadsheet and a payback calculation don't scare you

• The nerve to pick up the phone and call a plant manager

No prior knowledge of the water sector is expected. We'll teach you the subject. What we can't teach in six months is the drive to go and win the client.

The practical side

• Location: our Brussels office, Chaussée de la Hulpe 187, with visits to client sites

• This is a paid internship
