Word Chef de Partie bij ISS CATERING en zorg er elke dag voor dat de medewerkers en bezoekers van onze klanten een uitzonderlijke culinaire ervaring beleven.Beschrijving van de functie
Voorbereiding dienst:
- Je verzorgt de mise-en-place voor de gerechten van het dagmenu
- Je helpt met de bereiding van warme en/of koude gerechten.
- Je geeft werkinstructies aan het keukenpersoneel voor de mise-en-plaçe, bereidingen, bakken, schoonmaken en ordenen van het keukenmateriaal
Tijdens de dienst:
- Je bereidt koude gerechten en werkt ze af volgens bestelling (onder supervisie van de chef gerant) .
- Kennis van warme gerechten en sauzen is een plus
- Je schikt en garneert op borden en schotels, rekening houdend met de positionering van de verschillende maaltijdcomponenten.
- Je springt in bij collega's tijdens piekperiodes
Na de dienst:
- Je ruimt je afdeling op.
- Je maakt werkinstrumenten en werkplaatsen schoon.
- Je controleert en verwerkt voedseloverschotten.
- Je controleert kwaliteit en versheid van de producten.
- Je zorgt voor hygiënische opslag en bewaring van voedingsmiddelen.
- Je controleert de voorraad en geeft bestellingen door aan de gerant of keukenverantwoordelijke.
- Je staat in voor de orde, netheid en veiligheid in de keuken.
- Je respecteert veiligheidsnormen tijdens de werkzaamheden.
- Je signaleert storingen of defecten.
- Je geeft suggesties voor nieuwe bereidingen, gerechten of prestaties.
Werkuren : 38u/week van maandag tot vrijdag tussen 07u00 en 15u06 ( enkele events per jaar).
Jouw profiel
- Je bent gepassioneerd door koken en klantenservice op hoog niveau
- Je hebt een relevante opleiding gevolgd of beschikt over gelijkwaardige ervaring
- Je hebt een goede kennis van HACCP-normen
- je hebt een goede kennis van de nederlandse en/of de franse taal
- Je bent toegewijd en punctueel en je gaat elke dag met een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel naar je werk.
