Over de rolDit is een rol voor een échte hunter.
Als Junior Business Development Manager ben je volledig verantwoordelijk voor het binnenhalen van nieuwe klanten in België. Je richt je op middelgrotere accounts binnen sectoren zoals Healthcare, Food Service, Hospitality, Retail en Facility Services.
Je bouwt vanaf nul: je identificeert targets, opent deuren, bouwt relaties op en sluit deals. Zodra een klant live is, draag je deze over aan Account Management - zodat jij weer door kunt naar de volgende opportunity.
Wat ga je doen?
- Actief ontwikkelen van nieuwe business binnen België
- Opbouwen en beheren van een duidelijke targetlijst (prospects)
- Identificeren en benaderen van decision makers binnen organisaties (DMU's)
- Opbouwen van sterke commerciële relaties om deals te creëren
- Analyseren van klantbehoeften en vertalen naar concrete oplossingen
- Opstellen van business cases en value propositions die aansluiten op de praktijk van de klant
- Presenteren, onderhandelen en closen van contracten
- Beheren van je sales pipeline via Salesforce - je weet exact waar je staat
- Coördineren van interne stakeholders (sales, techniek, supply chain) om deals rond te krijgen
- Zorgdragen voor een goede onboarding en overdracht naar accountmanagement

Jouw profiel
- Enige ervaring in business development / new business sales
- Achtergrond in hygiëne, cleaning solutions of vergelijkbare sector (bijv. Ecolab, Boma, Nilfisk, groothandel) is sterk gewenst
- Comfortabel in complexe B2B salestrajecten
- Sterk in stakeholdermanagement en onderhandelen
- Ondernemend, commercieel gedreven, zelfstandig en resultaatgericht
Must-haves
- Native Nederlands
- Professioneel Frans (zakelijke gesprekken kunnen voeren)
- Engelse taal beheersen
- Rijbewijs B
