The Job:


Are you ready to drive impactful product launches and shape the commercial success of leading brands across Benelux? Join us as Junior Product Manager and play a pivotal role in developing go-to-market strategies that boost revenue, profitability, and brand awareness.



What You'll Do:

• Lead new product launches for BLACK+DECKER and Stanley business units across the region
• Develop channel and account-specific go-to-market strategies to increase revenue and profitability
• Analyse market trends, customer needs, competitor activity, retail pricing, and identify white space opportunities
• Take an active role in product training and customer meetings, internally and externally
• Drive website and online activities by making sure your products are accompanied by best-in-class data
• Work closely with the Brand Marketing Managers to manage the full marketing mix, including brand communication, social media plans, campaign materials and sponsorships

• Demonstrable experience in a Product Marketing / Trade Marketing capacity
• Languages: Fluent Dutch and strong French and English language skills
• Experience working within consumer products
• Flexibility to travel and a clean driving license
• Ability to build strong customer relationships
• Effective communicator - both internally and externally
• Fast learner and quick thinker, ready to dive into the DIY-world
