Vos Missions : Responsibilities Technical Insurance Accounting • Ensure timely and accurate entry of complex business flows (premiums, claims, commissions) and financial data into the general ledger Fund Accounting • Drive the operational unit-linked fund processes and accounting in collaboration with outsourced administrators/managers Investment Accounting • Oversee accounting and reconciliations of the non-linked investment portfolio, supported by outsourced investment accounting and manager Reconciliation & Analysis • Control consistency between management systems and accounting • Analyze technical suspense accounts in a multi-company environment Process Optimization • Use technical expertise to identify efficiency and control improvements and actively contribute to the optimization of accounting and reporting processes. Reporting & Compliance • Participate in monthly and annual closings (LuxGAAP), prepare regulatory reports for the Commissariat aux Assurances (CAA), and support external audits Tax & Fiscal Control • Prepare and control tax and VAT declarations before submission Votre Profil : Profile • Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting or finance • At least 3 years of experience in (Life) Insurance accounting • Strong knowledge of Luxembourg accounting standards and tax principles. Insurance and / or financial service experience preferred • Fluency in French is a must - a (very) good level in English is also expected • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
