About the vacancy We are seeking a talented and motivated Tax Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day tax affairs for regulated and unregulated alternative investment funds and Holdco's, while ensuring ongoing tax compliance and supporting the tax structuring of Luxembourg-based investment vehicles. Take ownership of all Luxembourg tax matters relating to the fund structures, holding companies, SPVs and other investment vehicles. Oversee the tax affairs of Luxembourg holding companies and SPVs, ensuring compliance with all direct and indirect tax requirements. Manage the ongoing tax compliance and tax reporting obligations of alternative investment funds, including coordination with external tax advisors and service providers. Review and coordinate the preparation and filing of tax returns, tax provisions and related tax reporting for funds, SPVs and Holdco's. Support the structuring, establishment and ongoing tax management of Luxembourg investment funds and cross-border investment structures. Collaborate closely with Legal, Fund Administration, Finance, Compliance and Portfolio Management teams to ensure effective tax governance within EOS CIM. Manage tax authority inquiries and relationships with the Luxembourg tax authorities and other regulatory bodies. Lead and take the tax responsibility for EOS CIM in close collaboration with the Hamburg tax office. Must-have Bachelor's or Master's degree in Tax, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law or a related field. 4-8 years of relevant Luxembourg tax experience gained within a tax advisory servicer, asset manager or equivalent. Strong knowledge of Luxembourg direct taxation, including CIT, MBT and NWT. Practical experience with Luxembourg investment structures, including alternative investment funds, SPVs and holding companies. Proven experience in the preparation, review and coordination of Luxembourg tax compliance obligations and tax filings. Experience working with external tax advisors, auditors and Luxembourg tax authorities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Nice-to-have German language skills. Professional tax qualification (e.g. CTA or equivalent). Knowledge of Luxembourg securitisation vehicles and cross-border financing structures. Knowledge of tax reporting and financial statement tax provisions under Lux GAAP or IFRS. Familiarity with transfer pricing requirements and documentation. Exposure to DAC6, ATAD, Pillar Two, substance requirements and other international tax developments.
