Role Overview We're on the lookout for a Senior Sales Recruiter / Headhunter to support a client specializing in cutting-edge IT solutions. Your mission? Attract and hire top-tier commercial talent who will drive sales across a high-impact tech portfolio. What You'll Be Recruiting For You'll focus exclusively on sales professionals selling: IT Services Applications AI & Data Solutions Enterprise Platforms (e.g. SAP, ServiceNow) Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end recruitment process for sales-focused roles Headhunt senior professionals selling: IT services Digital transformation solutions Enterprise software & platforms Build strong pipelines of candidates with experience in: Selling complex tech solutions Working within large IT services companies Partner with internal stakeholders to define hiring needs Drive direct sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, networking, headhunting) Contribute insights on market demand & hiring trends Ideal Candidate Profile Seniority: Mid to Senior Core Experience: Sales recruitment / executive search Strong exposure to IT services / tech sales hiring Languages: English (mandatory) French or Dutch xbpgvfh
