Wat je gaat doen
Je bouwt je eigen markt verder uit binnen Engineering of Finance (FIDU) , afhankelijk van je netwerk en expertise ️
Je beheert het volledige 360°-proces : van prospectie en business development tot succesvolle plaatsing van kandidaten
Je krijgt volledige vrijheid en ownership over je aanpak: bepaal je werktijden, je werkplek (thuis of op kantoor) en hoe je je klanten bedient♀️
Je werkt in een energieke omgeving waar resultaten tellen en je initiatief écht wordt gewaardeerd
Wie jij bent
Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in recruitment (Engineering of Finance is een must)
Ben je drietalig ? Fantastisch! Ja, yes, oui!
Je bent commercieel scherp, zelfstandig en ondernemend , met een duidelijke drive om deals en kandidaten te closen
Je bent doorzettend, creatief en niet bang om de gebaande paden te verlaten .
Je voelt je thuis in een omgeving die flexibel, los en resultaatgericht is, waar energie en initiatief beloond worden.
