Freelance GIS Data Operator - ITF Controle (Freelance kan)

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden
- Controleren van ITF-bestanden (Intersection Topology Format) voor geconnecteerde verkeerslichten en kruispunten.
- Opsporen en opvolgen van detailfouten in topologiebestanden, inclusief afstemming met het team en de projectmanager of diens vertegenwoordiger.
- Werken met GIS-toepassingen en specifiek ontwikkelde tooling die nog in evolutie is.
- Zelfstandig en nauwkeurig uitvoeren van een overwegend digitale en repetitieve controletaak.
- Eventueel bijdragen aan de verkenning van AI-mogelijkheden voor toekomstige ITF-controle.
Profiel
- Aantoonbare ervaring met één of meerdere van de volgende tools of technologieën: PostGIS, ArcGIS, QGIS, GDAL, SAGA GIS .
- Ervaring met het ontwikkelen van GIS-interfaces.
- Ervaring met modelleren en programmeren binnen één of meerdere GIS-softwarepakketten.
- Ervaring met GIS-applicaties is vereist.
- Ervaring met mobiliteits- of infrastructuurdata is een pluspunt.
- Nauwkeurigheid en digitale efficiëntie zijn essentieel.
- Je werkt graag gestructureerd en kan goed omgaan met nauwgezet, repetitief werk op basis van beschikbare maar te interpreteren documentatie.
- Bereidheid om te werken met intern ontwikkelde en nog evoluerende tooling.
- Je kan zelfstandig werken en bent bereid om een praktische leercurve op te nemen.
- Basiskennis van MS Office , waaronder Excel, Word, Outlook en Access.
- Nederlands op CEFR-niveau C2 .
- Goede beheersing van het Engels .
Werkomgeving
Deze opdracht situeert zich binnen de controle van topologiebestanden voor operationele installaties in Vlaanderen. Het werk verloopt voor meer dan 90% online via telewerk.
