Join Alpro's Brand Team as our new Brand Management Intern , starting in January 2027 , and gain hands-on experience in campaign execution, innovation launches, digital marketing and brand strategy.

As a Brand Management Intern, you'll work alongside an experienced and supportive team responsible for shaping and executing Alpro's brand and portfolio strategy across the Benelux region.



During your internship, you will:

• Support the execution of brand campaigns, including agency coordination, briefing and asset development.
• Help manage digital campaigns and monitor their performance.
• Contribute to the launch of product innovations and support the creation of compelling trade stories.
• Coordinate packaging review and approval processes.
• Assist with post-launch performance analyses and recommendations.
• Support internal engagement initiatives and team events.
• Manage and update website content.
• Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Insights and external agencies.

You will be given ownership of selected projects while also supporting wider team initiatives. Together, we'll shape your experience based on business priorities and your personal learning objectives.



About You


You're curious, proactive and eager to learn how marketing works in a fast-moving international business.



You are:

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Interested in brand management and consumer marketing, ideally with some exposure to marketing through coursework, projects or a previous internship.
• Well-organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable taking initiative and working both independently and as part of a team.
• Analytical, detail-oriented and eager to turn ideas into action.
• A strong communicator with a positive and collaborative mindset.
• Passionate about Alpro and the plant-based category.

Requirements :

• Available to start early January 2027.
• Available for a duration of 6 months, full-time (5 days per week).
• Fluent in English , both written and spoken. Dutch and/or French are a plus.
• Able to work from our Brussels office several days per week, with the possibility to work partly from home.
• Willing and able to relocate to Belgium for the duration of the internship if required.
