Creative Storyteller / Social Content Specialist

We are looking for a creative and strategically minded Storyteller / Social Content Specialist who can help transform business requests into impactful social media and storytelling projects.

This role goes beyond pure execution. We are looking for someone who can challenge ideas, think creatively alongside stakeholders, and translate business objectives into strong social-first concepts and narratives.

You will work closely with internal communication, branding, and social media teams while acting as a trusted creative partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate stakeholder requests into clear communication and content concepts
• Develop engaging storytelling approaches across social media channels
• Challenge and improve briefs when needed
• Advise internal teams on the best formats, channels, and creative approaches
• Bring proactive and innovative content ideas
• Collaborate with branding, communication, and creative teams
• Stay on top of social media trends, platform evolutions, and audience behaviors
• Help shape strategic social media initiatives rather than only executing them
• Coordinate with internal and external creative partners/agencies when relevant

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Skills

• Strong understanding of social media ecosystems and content trends
• Proven experience in storytelling, content strategy, or social media communication
• Ability to turn vague requests into structured and impactful concepts
• Strong creative thinking combined with strategic understanding
• Experience working with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to confidently challenge ideas in a constructive way
• Understanding of branding and audience engagement principles

Nice to Have

• Experience in corporate communication or agency environments
• Copywriting skills
• Basic video/content production understanding
• Experience with creative campaigns and social-first storytelling
• Hands-on social content creation/editing skills
