Mission générale :
Le Rôle : "The Traffic & GEO Engine"
En tant que spécialiste SEO chez Leexi, vous êtes le principal exécutant de notre acquisition organique. on cherche un "Doer" ultra hands-on. Votre objectif? Dominer le SEO classique, mais surtout positionner Leexi à l'avant-garde du GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) pour que notre solution devienne la réponse évidente des moteurs de recherche de demain.
Missions principales :
1. Exécution SEO & Gestion du Site (100% Hands-on)
- Production & Optimisation technique : Auditer, structurer les cocons sémantiques et intégrer le contenu directement sur notre CMS Strapi. Vous faites le job de A à Z.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) : Ne pas juste amener du trafic, mais optimiser l'UX et les tunnels de conversion pour transformer les visiteurs en demandes de démo.
- Data Hygiene & Tracking : Configurer et suivre vos propres dashboards (GA4, Search Console, Semrush) pour piloter votre ROI.
2. Netlinking Operational & Getfluence
- Growth & Backlinks : Sourcer, négocier et déployer nos campagnes de netlinking pour faire décoller notre Domain Authority.
- Gestion Getfluence : Gérer l'enveloppe budgétaire et orchestrer l'achat de liens et d'articles sponsorisés stratégiques via la plateforme Getfluence et d'autres réseaux partenaires.
3. Content Media & Distribution
- Création de visuels : Produire des visuels impactants pour enrichir les articles, landing pages, et contenus SEO.
- Production vidéo YouTube : Transformer nos meilleurs contenus et articles en vidéos pédagogiques et engageantes pour notre chaîne YouTube.
- Content Repurposing : Décliner un même sujet SEO en plusieurs formats (article, carrousel, vidéo, extrait social, snippet GEO) pour maximiser la portée organique.
Profil Recherché
Must-have :
- Profil "Doer" / Hands-on Absolute : Vous aimez l'action. Passer de l'analyse d'un spreadsheet à la rédaction d'un article dans la même heure est votre routine.
- Compétences Techniques solides : manipulation de CMS, maîtrise des outils SEO traditionnels (Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GA4, SEranking).
- Communication d'Excellence : Une plume irréprochable en Français pour produire du contenu qui convertit (l'Anglais est indispensable pour le SEO international).
- 2-3 ans d'expérience dans le domaine
Nice to have :
- Une première expérience réussie en SEO/Growth dans l'écosystème SaaS B2B.
- Maîtrise opérationnelle de Getfluence pour le déploiement rapide de campagnes de netlinking.
- Maîtrise d'une langue supplémentaire (Allemand, Néerlandais, Espagnol ou Italien) pour ouvrir les marchés européens.
