Environmental Monitoring Analyst

Environmental monitoring analyst position at a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Belgium. Responsibilities include routine environmental sampling, air quality monitoring, water testing, and participation in qualification studies and improvement projects within a GMP-regulated environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine environmental monitoring across facility including particle counts and air sampling
- Perform surface sampling, settle plate operations, and water sampling from multiple systems
- Execute batch-related environmental controls and personnel monitoring in sterile production areas
- Perform IOQ/PQ qualifications and media-fill testing with quality witnessing
- Participate in improvement projects and investigations related to safety and data integrity
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, or related scientific discipline
- Fluent communication in Dutch and English, both verbal and written
- Proactive team player with strong learning orientation and curiosity
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality standards
- GMP environment experience preferred
