Customer Service Representative – Dutch Speaking Locatie: Portugal
Voor een internationaal bedrijf in Portugal zijn wij op zoek naar Nederlandstalige Customer Service Representatives.
Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:
- Klantvragen afhandelen via telefoon, e-mail of live chat.
- Duidelijke, vriendelijke en professionele ondersteuning bieden.
- Nauwkeurige en oplossingsgerichte informatie verstrekken.
- Klantinteracties documenteren in het systeem.
- Service- en kwaliteitsnormen handhaven.
- Indien nodig samenwerken met internationale teams.
- Ervaring in de klantenservice is niet vereist.
Deze rol past bij jou als je:
- Nederlands spreekt op moedertaal- of bijnamoedertaalniveau.
- Beschikt over Engels niveau B1 of hoger.
- Klaar bent om in Portugal te wonen en te werken.
- Gemotiveerd, betrouwbaar en leergierig bent.
- Openstaat voor een multiculturele werkomgeving.
- EU-burger of in het bezit van een geldige werkvergunning voor Portugal.

- Salaris: 975 € - 1200 € bruto per maand.
- Betaalde training en een gestructureerd inwerktraject (onboarding).
