Missie
Als "Expert Signalitiek Suppliers" ben je de bewaker van onze leveranciersdatabase. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de nauwkeurige creatie, wijziging en controle van leveranciersgegevens, waarbij je strikt toeziet op de naleving van interne procedures en fraudepreventie.
Verantwoordelijkheden
Beheer en Conformiteit van Leveranciersgegevens:
Creatie en wijziging van leveranciersfiches (bedrijfsnaam, adressen, bankgegevens).
Verifiëren van conformiteit van documenten en pro-forma bewijsstukken om fraude te voorkomen.
Controle van de solvabiliteit via tools zoals Credit Safe en validatie van BTW-nummers (VIES).
Beheer van Betalingsvoorwaarden en Contracten:
Coderen van betalingstermijnen in het systeem in nauwe samenwerking met de inkopers en de afdeling Thesaurie.
Veiligheid en Interne Processen:
Strikte opvolging van procedures tegen fraude.
Controleren van de juiste codering via controlelijsten en het uitvoeren van correcties.
Beheren van de blokkering en deblokkering van leveranciersrekeningen op verzoek van de juridische of boekhoudkundige afdeling.
Profiel
Opleiding: Bachelor in boekhouding, beheer, financiën of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
Technische vaardigheden: Uitstekende beheersing van Excel/Google Sheets. Kennis van ERP-systemen (zoals SAP) is een sterke troef.
Persoonlijke kwaliteiten: Je werkt uiterst nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en autonoom. Je hebt een sterk analytisch vermogen en bent communicatief vaardig.
Talen: Uitstekende beheersing van het Frans. Kennis van het Nederlands en/of Engels is een belangrijk pluspunt in onze internationale context.
