Inside sales Italian

For an international and technically oriented organization active in industrial solutions, we are looking for an Inside Sales (Italian) profile with strong language skills and a commercial mindset.

Are you customer-oriented, do you have a technical interest, and are you fluent in Italian, combined with English? Then this is an interesting opportunity.

• Actively developing new customer relationships (±30%) and maintaining existing clients (±70%)
• Preparing quotations and price calculations
• Processing and following up on orders
• Customer contact via phone and email, with a focus on cross-selling and digitalization
• Managing and updating customer data in the internal system
• Gaining insight into customer needs, applications, and market conditions
• Acting as the first point of contact for questions, support, and complaints
• Identifying and capitalizing on commercial opportunities
• Close collaboration with sales colleagues and reporting on ongoing cases

• You have a technical and/or commercial background
• You are fluent in Italian, in addition to English
• Good knowledge of Excel and common IT tools
• Strong communication skills and customer focus
• You are proactive, structured, and commercially minded
• You perform well in a dynamic and growing environment
