FIRST 2.0 est un programme majeur de modernisation au sein de l’Administration , visant à transformer l’application monolithique FIRST héritée du passé en une architecture moderne de microservices fonctionnant sur Kubernetes. Le programme adopte une approche API‑first et orientée événements, et remplace progressivement l’ancienne plateforme legacy. Au‑delà d’un simple effort de modernisation technique, FIRST 2.0 est également un programme de transformation métier. Il permet le développement de nouvelles fonctionnalités, améliore l’agilité et accélère la livraison de valeur aux utilisateurs finaux, internes comme externes. En construisant une plateforme numérique plus flexible et évolutive, le programme soutient de meilleurs services, une expérience utilisateur renforcée et une adaptation plus rapide aux besoins métiers et réglementaires en constante évolution.
