Odoo Developer (H/F) - Luxembourg

As an inside Odoo developer, you play a pivotal role in United Caps 's digital transformation by intervening across the entire project value chain. You combine technical and functional expertise to design bespoke solutions, ranging from integrations to complex feasibility studies. Your mission is to translate business requirements into robust architectures while ensuring high-precision technical documentation and reporting. Responsibilities Analysis & design of solutions : participate in functional and technical analyses to define innovative solutions and conduct in-depth feasibility studies. Architecture & documentation : Draft technical specifications, develop detailed documentation, and design business solution components. Data migration : be actively involved in the data migration Support & knowledge transfer : Organize internal workshops and meetings while providing training for end-users. To be involved in other UC development projects in accordance with the schedule Ideal profile Must have Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Proficiency in Python, and the Odoo platform. Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for interface development. Ability to perform complex PostgreSQL queries Fluent in French and English Nice to have Experience with Git and the PyCharm IDE for code management. Additional skills in advanced web development Independent, fast-paced, and rigorous profile, with a strong focus on achieving objectives. Excellent communicator and team player, with the ability to build long-lasting, trust-based relationships. Energetic personality, positive attitude, and a 'hands-on' approach to the field.
