Event management M/F - Luxembourg

We are looking for an Event Management Coordinator for one of our clients, based in Luxembourg (position in Belgium). Freelance contract or CDI via a payrolling company. Strong knowledge of event management and operational coordination. Long-term assignment, supporting approximately 80 events per year. Primarily on-site presence required (in Belgium), with regular attendance at events. English and French proficiency required, Dutch is a huge plus. Your responsibilities : Event Planning & Coordination : You will coordinate the end-to-end delivery of events across Belgium, primarily on-site in Brussels, giving you visibility on a wide variety of initiatives and stakeholders. You will organize event logistics and collaborate with external suppliers to ensure smooth execution. You will monitor event budgets and contribute to cost control activities at event level. You will manage timelines and key deliverables to keep projects on track. Stakeholder Collaboration You will work closely with Marketing and Front Office teams, building strong relationships across the business. Event Delivery : You will provide on-site support during events, ensuring a high-quality experience for participants. You will contribute to post-event follow-up activities and reporting, helping to measure success and identify improvements. You will support a dynamic event calendar, including periods of higher activity and occasional evening events. You will ensure business continuity and the current level of service quality and responsiveness delivered by the client Profile : You are experienced in event management and coordination. You are recognized for delivering reliable operational support and ensuring service continuity. You are flexible and comfortable adapting to workload peaks and evening schedules when required.
