We’re on the hunt for a Senior B2B Sales Manager based in Brussels who will lead and scale our B2B strategy across 9 cities. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, will be to:
What you’ll be doing:
- Strategy Architect: Define and refine our B2B strategy to capture market opportunities and drive 12% of leases.
- Growth Driver: Deploy the B2B strategy across 9 cities and translate it into actionable local plans.
- Opportunity Hunter: Identify new prospecting channels (companies, schools, institutions, partnerships).
- Pipeline Master: Track and manage the full sales pipeline to ensure strong conversion and performance.
- Team Coach: Support and coach local Sales Leads with hands-on guidance and performance tracking.
- Process Optimizer: Adapt sales processes to local market specifics (seasonality, lead types, partnerships).
- KPI Guardian: Monitor key metrics (occupancy, churn, time-to-fill) and report to VP Sales.
- Cross-Team Collaborator: Work closely with Marketing to align acquisition efforts and boost visibility.
- Market Analyst: Conduct competitor analysis and adjust strategy to stay ahead.
What we’re looking for:
- 10 years in B2B sales & commercial strategy, with multi-site/team management experience.
- Strong expertise in pipeline management, prospecting, and strategy deployment.
- Entrepreneurial, autonomous, and results-driven mindset.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills across multiple teams and locations.
- Strong analytical skills (Excel, CRM, dashboards).
- Fluent in French and English.
- Experience in real estate, coliving, or hospitality.
