Wat zal je job inhouden?
Heb je een technische achtergrond, denk je in oplossingen en wil je meewerken aan een duurzame toekomst? Dan ben jij misschien de technisch commercieel medewerker die wij zoeken. Als toonaangevend bedrijf binnen de hernieuwbare energie willen we ons serviceteam uitbreiden. In deze functie ondersteun je klanten bij technische vragen over hun installaties, gaande van zonnepanelen tot laadpalen. Je werkt oplossingsgericht en speelt een belangrijke rol in het garanderen van een hoge klanttevredenheid.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
- Technisch support verlenen aan klanten met vragen over zonnepanelen, batterijen, airco’s, warmtepompen en laadpalen.
- Elektrische schema’s interpreteren of opstellen.
- Problemen vanop afstand detecteren en indien nodig doorverwijzen naar onze techniekers.
- Actief storingen monitoren en preventief optreden vóór de klant iets merkt.
- Prioriteiten stellen en urgente zaken efficiënt afhandelen.
Wat zoeken we?
Wat zoeken we?- Als technical support medewerker heb je een bachelor Elektromechanica, Klimatisering of een gelijkaardige technische achtergrond .
- Ervaring of sterke affiniteit met hernieuwbare energie of IT-systemen.
- Ervaring met SolarEdge is een plus, geen must.
- Fulltime beschikbaar : 39u/week, maandag tot vrijdag.
