Regulatory Affairs Manager Medical Devices

Our client, a leading international medical device organization with its EMEA headquarters in Belgium, is seeking an RA Manager to operate close to key decision-makers. From this central hub you will lead a dedicated RA team, influence strategy across multiple countries. The role will be a good combination of keeping close involvement with registrations and showcasing leadership skills so you can build a highly complete, strategic RA profile.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the RA team, defining priorities, coordinating workloads, and providing strategic direction to secure timely registrations, robust compliance, and uninterrupted market supply.
• Own and optimize regulatory processes across EU MDR and Economic Operator responsibilities, including registrations, regulatory intelligence, change control (PVNC/VNC), and marketing material approvals, continuously improving efficiency and compliance.
• Act as a key regulatory partner for EMEA, collaborating with internal departments and external stakeholders (distributors, importers, exporters, competent authorities).

Requirements

• Several years of experience in Regulatory Affairs for the medical device industry
• In-depth knowledge of MDR
• Experience with direct people management
• Fluent level of English
