Our client is looking for an Administrative Technical Assistant to join a dynamic assistance team. In this role, you will be the person people turn to when they need help sometimes in unexpected or stressful situations. Your ability to listen, reassure and find the right solution can have a real and immediate impact on someone's day .

This is a highly varied role where people skills are just as important as administrative skills .

Your responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for people requiring assistance and provide empathetic, professional support
• Handle incoming calls and assess each situation to identify the best solution
• Open, manage and follow up on assistance files from A to Z
• Coordinate repatriations, travel arrangements and medical assistance
• Organise travel and practical arrangements for doctors and other professionals
• Coordinate with different internal and external stakeholders to ensure the right solution is found
• Keep files accurate and up to date, ensuring a smooth follow-up throughout the process
• React quickly to unexpected situations and adapt your priorities accordingly
• Take ownership of each situation and make sure the person receiving assistance feels properly supported

Your profile

• You have a mature, empathetic and genuinely helpful personality
• You enjoy finding solutions rather than simply identifying problems
• You have previous experience in a customer service, call centre, administrative, travel, assistance or similar environment
• You are organised and comfortable managing several files and priorities at the same time
• You remain calm and solution-oriented, even when situations are stressful or unexpected
• You enjoy travelling and have an open-minded, adventurous mindset - someone who is comfortable dealing with different cultures, situations and people
• You are flexible, pragmatic and not afraid to think outside the box
• You are fluent in French, Dutch and English
• You enjoy working as part of a close-knit team and are willing to fully embrace a role involving shift and weekend work
