A Day in the Life
Reporting to a Marketing or Merchandising Manager at our Benelux HQ in Hoofddorp (just outside Amsterdam), you will join our team for a 6-month, full-time internship starting in February. Selected candidates will be invited to our exclusive Recruitment Day to match with one of our Marketing Internships :

• Brand Marketing: Step into the shoes of a brand business leader. Track market trends, analyze competitor data, coordinate 360° product launch campaigns, and collaborate with 360° teams to drive brand growth.
• PR & Advocacy: Become a brand champion and build relationships with influencers, coordinate creative mailings, organize events, and track social media coverage.
• Trade Marketing: Bridge the gap between marketing and sales. Build retail activation plans and promotional strategies with commercial partners, and analyze sales performance to maximize brand visibility in-store and online.

We Are Looking For
You are a final-year student fluent in English and either Dutch or French (non-thesis) who demonstrates:

• Creative & Analytical Minds: You have a strong eye for trends and consumer behavior, backed by a comfortable relationship with data and performance metrics.
• Project Owners: You are an organized self-starter who loves turning ideas into concrete actions, with speed and precision
• Brand Management: Fostering brand identity across different retail and digital channels.
• Collaboration: Enjoying working cross-functionally to achieve our shared goals.
• Agility: Navigating a fast-paced environment with a solution-oriented mindset.

• Division matching: Based on your aspirations and our needs, we'll determine which of our four divisions - Consumer Products (CPD), L'Oréal Luxe, Professional Products (PPD), and L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty (LDB) - is the best fit for your career journey.
• Manager review: Once we've identified a potential match, we'll share your profile with the hiring manager.

• Manager interview: If the hiring manager is interested, we'll set up an interview for you to meet.
