Beschrijving van de functie
- Als commercial engineer ben je de link tussen onze klanten en onze technische oplossingen.
- In een eerste fase voorzien we een grondige introductie zodat je onze business goed kent teneinde onze klanten van dienst te zijn
- Je gaat de energiebehoeften van klanten analyseren en vertalen naar passende oplossingen
- Je stelt technisch-commerciële offertes op voor installaties en systemen
- Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten en je begeleidt hen van eerste contact tot contractondertekening
- Vervolgens verzorg je de overdracht naar de projectleiding
- Je onderhandelt over meerjarige contracten en service-overeenkomsten
- Je onderhoudt en versterkt langetermijnrelaties met totaalaannemers en industriële klanten (manufacturing, procesindustrie, automotive, chemie, food, ...)
- Je bent alert voor commerciële opportuniteiten en realiseert acquisitie van nieuwe klanten
- Je volgt marktontwikkelingen en energietrends
- Je volgt ook de evoluties van oplossingen in de markt op
- Je volgt de na-calculatie van projecten op
- Je werkt nauw samen met engineering, projectmanagement en service-afdelingen
Jouw profiel
- Bachelor/Master in Industriële Wetenschappen, Elektrotechniek, Energietechniek of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Bij voorkeur minstens 2 jaar ervaring in een technisch-commerciële functie binnen de industriële energiesector
- Kennis van elektrische installaties, hoogspanning, energie-systemen of andere relevante expertise en sterke interesse in bovenvermelde domeinen
- Sterk netwerk binnen de Belgische industrie is een plus
- Uitstekende communicatievaardigheden en goede relatiebouwer
- Analytisch vermogen om complexe projecten te doorgronden en klantennoden te identificeren
- Zelfstandig en resultaatgericht in het beheren van klanten
- Bereidheid tot verplaatsingen binnen België
