Beschrijving van de functie
- Vous rédigez des offres commerciales claires, convaincantes et adaptées aux besoins des clients, en néerlandais et en français.
- Vous analysez les cahiers des charges et appels d'offres afin d'en extraire les exigences clés.
- Vous collaborez étroitement avec les équipes commerciales, opérationnelles et financières.
- Vous structurez et mettez en forme les propositions (contenu, storytelling, cohérence graphique).
- Vous veillez au respect des délais et des procédures internes liées aux appels d'offres.
- Vous contribuez à l'amélioration continue des modèles de propositions et des outils internes.
- Vous assurez une veille sur les tendances du marché et les attentes des clients.
- Vous êtes garant(e) de la qualité, de la cohérence et de l'impact des offres soumises.
Jouw profiel
- Vous êtes un(e) Bid Writer expérimenté(e) ou fortement motivé(e) par la rédaction commerciale.
- Vous parlez couramment le néerlandais et le français, à l'écrit comme à l'oral.
- La connaissance de l'anglais est un atout.
- Vous possédez de solides compétences rédactionnelles et un sens aigu du détail.
- Vous êtes structuré(e), organisé(e) et capable de gérer plusieurs projets simultanément.
- Vous aimez travailler en équipe et faites preuve de proactivité et de créativité.
- Vous êtes à l'aise avec les chiffres et comprenez les aspects financiers des offres.
- Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Une expérience dans le domaine du facility management ou des appels d'offres est un atout.
