As a Dutch-Speaking Management Assistant your responsibilities are:

• Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings for the department.
• Prepare and handle correspondence, reports, and documents efficiently.
• Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports.
• Support the team with administrative tasks as needed.
• Maintain and organise files and documentation for easy access.
• Assist in planning and organising events or meetings.
• Ensure smooth communication within the department and with external partners.

Jouw profiel

A successful Dutch-Speaking Management Assistant should have:

• Fluency in Dutch, with strong communication skills in English ; French is an asset.
• Proficiency in using office software and tools.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Min 4-5 years of experience in a similar administrative or support role.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
