Voor een innovatieve speler binnen de automotive sector zoekt Vivaldis een Delivery Ambassador die klanten een uitzonderlijke afleverervaring bezorgt.
Jij bent het gezicht van het delivery center en zorgt ervoor dat elke bestuurder met vertrouwen en een goed gevoel de baan op gaat.
Jouw takenpakket:
- Uitleveren van voertuigen in het delivery center;
- Uitvoeren en documenteren van grondige car checks;
- Klanten begeleiden bij de ingebruikname van hun voertuig;
- Heldere uitleg geven over functies, technologieën en veiligheidsvoorzieningen;
- Beantwoorden van vragen rond connectiviteit, rijhulpsystemen en praktische toepassingen;
- Meewerken aan delivery events waar meerdere voertuigen tegelijk worden afgeleverd.
Profiel
Wie ben jij?
- Bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring (bijvoorbeeld als service advisor, autoverkoper of in een commerciële richting)
- Rijbewijs B;
- Goede kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels;
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en klantgerichte ingesteldheid;
- Administratieve nauwkeurigheid voor het correct documenteren van car checks;
- Stressbestendigheid en het vermogen om deadlines te respecteren;
- Teamspirit: je ondersteunt collega’s en werkt vlot samen;
- Kennis van elektrische voertuigen en moderne autotechnologie is een pluspunt!
