Wat ga je doen?
Voor een toonaangevende speler in de professionele schoonmaak- en facilitaire dienstverlening zoeken we een Sales Manager voor de Vlaamse regio. De organisatie combineert de slagkracht van een internationale groep met een sterke lokale verankering en biedt bedrijven in België kwalitatieve schoonmaak- en facilityoplossingen op maat. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de commerciële groei binnen Vlaanderen, met een duidelijke focus op het aantrekken van nieuwe klanten in het KMO-segment. Je detecteert opportuniteiten in de markt, bouwt duurzame relaties op en levert een directe bijdrage aan de verdere uitbreiding van de organisatie. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden Actief ontwikkelen van nieuwe business binnen de volledige Vlaamse regio. Prospecteren van KMO's en identificeren van commerciële opportuniteiten. Analyseren van de behoeften van potentiële klanten en uitwerken van passende schoonmaak- en facilityoplossingen. Bezoeken van prospecten, opmaken en presenteren van offertes. Onderhandelen over contractvoorwaarden en succesvol afsluiten van nieuwe samenwerkingen. Opbouwen en onderhouden van langdurige klantenrelaties. Nauw samenwerken met de operationele teams om een vlotte opstart van nieuwe projecten te garanderen. Rapporteren over commerciële activiteiten, pipeline en gerealiseerde resultaten. - Sterke onderhandelingsvaardigheden.
- Goede organisatorische en administratieve vaardigheden.
Opleiding: Bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Een commerciële opleiding is een pluspunt.
Vakkennis: Een eerste succesvolle ervaring binnen een B2B-salesfunctie. Ervaring binnen de professionele schoonmaak, facility management of zakelijke dienstverlening is een sterke troef. Ervaring met prospectie, business development en het afsluiten van commerciële contracten.
Talenkennis: Nederlands: zeer goede kennis (vereist). Frans: kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
