What you will do


As an Assistant Accountant in the Finance team, you will support daily accounting and administrative processes, contributing to the smooth functioning of the department.

• Assist with client invoicing preparation and ensure documentation is accurate and complete
• Help track payments, follow up on outstanding invoices, and update internal records
• Assist with expense reporting and compliance checks
• Support monthly closing activities such as reconciliations and data verification
• Help maintain organised and accurate financial files and documentation

Who you are

• You pay strong attention to detail and are committed to accuracy
• You have good organisational skills and can manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• You are a team player with a proactive, hands-on mindset
• You are eager to learn about finance operations in a consultancy environment
• You are comfortable working with numbers and administrative processes
• You have good interpersonal skills and can communicate clearly in English
• You have a working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (basic formulas, data entry, organisation)
• Previous exposure to finance, accounting, or business administration is an asset but not required
