Solutions Architect

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Solution Architect (ServiceNow) to join a long-term project in a multi cultural environment.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the design and implementation of an innovative Architecture Operations platform, integrating cloud environments, DevSecOps pipelines, and ServiceNow CMDB.

Location

• Brussels (Belgium) or Luxembourg
• Hybrid working model (approximately 50% on-site)

Your responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow CMDB architecture
• Define and optimize the ServiceNow data model and CSDM
• Integrate ServiceNow with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and DevSecOps pipelines
• Design API-based integrations between enterprise platforms
• Lead technical workshops and architecture discussions
• Produce High-Level and Low-Level Design documentation
• Provide technical guidance and architecture best practices
• Support the automation of cloud discovery and Configuration Item (CI) population

Required experience

• Strong experience as a ServiceNow Solution or Technical Architect
• Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM
• Experience with ServiceNow ITOM
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and enterprise integrations
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with AWS , Azure , or hybrid cloud environments
• Knowledge of DevSecOps and CI/CD environments
• Experience producing architecture documentation and technical designs
• Excellent communication and stakeholder xlxgzvr management skills

Nice to have

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
• CIS Discovery
• Data Foundations / CMDB certifications
• Previous experience within European Institutions or other international organizations
