Role Responsibilities

• Drive business development and account management for food raw materials and ingredients, expanding market share and contributing directly to the company's growth objectives in the food sector.
• Act as a trusted technical-commercial partner for your customers: understand their formulations and challenges, propose tailored ingredient solutions and build long-term, value-adding relationships.
• Collaborate closely with internal technical, logistics and customer service teams to ensure excellent service delivery, enabling you to focus on identifying new opportunities, nurturing key accounts and closing deals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Food Science or a related field, giving you the scientific foundation to credibly advise customers on food raw materials and formulations.
• Proven commercial or sales experience within the chemical sector, specifically in raw materials for the food industry, with a successful track record in B2B business development and account management that you can further leverage and expand in this role.
• Strong technical knowledge of food ingredients, fluency in English and French and/or Dutch, and excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills, enabling you to thrive in competitive markets, build influential networks and drive sustainable business growth.
