Voor een studiebureau zijn we op zoek naar een manager energiebeheer voor centrum Brussel.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
- Je bevordert energiebesparing door diverse energie-efficiëntiemaatregelen te identificeren en te implementeren.
- Je voert bewustmakingsprogramma's uit door het energieverbruik van gebouwen te monitoren.
- Je beoordeelt de bedrijfsbeslissingen met betrekking tot duurzame gebouwontwikkeling en onderzoekt mogelijkheden om de energie-efficiëntie te verbeteren.
- Je brengt synergieën en verbanden tussen interne en externe systemen in kaart.
- Je analyseert de verzamelde gegevens en rapporteert hierover aan het team.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat installaties voldoen aan de wettelijke normen.
- Je speelt een actieve rol in de communicatie tussen onderhouds- en exploitatieaannemers.
Vereisten
Vereisten:
- Je beschikt over een Bachelor of Master in een technische richting (Ingenieur,klimatisatie,..)
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in energiebeheer (HVAC, gebouwbeheer,HVAC,..)
- Kennis IPMVP
- Goede kennis Nederlands
- Je hebt de capaciteiten om personeel te superviseren en aan te sturen
