Wat ga je doen?
Een dynamisch en innovatief bedrijf, gespecialiseerd in technische oplossingen binnen de Life Sciences (voeding, biochemie, chemie), is op zoek naar een Business Development Manager om haar activiteiten in België en Luxemburg verder uit te bouwen. Jouw rol Als Business Development Manager ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten binnen jouw sector en regio. Je speelt een sleutelrol in de commerciële groei van de organisatie. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden Actief ontwikkelen van business bij bestaande klanten en nieuwe prospecten Regelmatig bezoeken van klanten binnen de Benelux Identificeren en benutten van nieuwe commerciële opportuniteiten Fungeren als schakel tussen leveranciers en klanten Opzetten van duurzame samenwerkingen met nieuwe partners Aanbieden van technische oplossingen met een duidelijke meerwaarde Nauw samenwerken met interne teams (o.a. Inside Sales) Klanten begeleiden en adviseren als een echte vertrouwenspartner
Wie ben jij? m/v/x
- Masterdiploma in chemie, biochemie of gelijkwaardige ervaring (bij voorkeur in Life Sciences / voeding)
- Meerdere jaren ervaring in een commerciële functie binnen een technische omgeving
- Je bent graag onderweg en bouwt sterke, langdurige klantenrelaties op
- Je wordt gezien als een betrouwbare adviseur dankzij jouw expertise
- Sterke commerciële drive en resultaatgerichtheid
- Vloeiende kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels
- Vertrouwd met IT-tools (CRM-systemen, Microsoft Office, enz.)
