Qualification/Validation Engineer

Your job as a Qualification Engineer (Equipment)

Do you want to help build quality and reliability within pharma systems? As a Qualification Engineer, you will work at a leading company in Geel, where you play a key role in ensuring compliance. You support engineering teams in introducing and optimizing installations and processes. You will join an environment where quality is central and where your expertise truly matters. In this role, you combine documentation, analysis, and collaboration. This way, you make an impact every day on safe and efficient production processes.

You can count on being responsible for:

- Reviewing and approving qualification and validation documents of equipments
- Supporting engineering teams with new and existing systems
- Advising on cGMP compliance during projects
- Following up and analyzing deviations and CAPAs
- Communicating with QA about status and progress
- Contributing to the implementation of improvement processes
- Managing change controls within projects

You work accurately and communicate clearly with different stakeholders. You take responsibility for your work and maintain oversight, even when multiple projects are running simultaneously. You also think critically and are not afraid to ask questions.

Hard skills:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific or technical field
- At least 2 years of experience in qualification or validation of equipment
- Experience within the pharmaceutical sector is required
- Knowledge of GMP, GDP, and documentation processes
- Experience with change control systems (TrackWise is a plus)
