As we continue expanding internationally, we're looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial International Business Developer to accelerate our growth across strategic markets, with a strong focus on the UK market .

Your Mission

As an International Business Developer, you will identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across international markets.

You will own the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to contract signature—while contributing to EMAsphere's international expansion through direct sales, market development, and strategic partnerships.

Working closely with the Hub Manager North, Marketing team, and Executive Leadership, you'll play a key role in shaping our growth strategy and expanding our presence across Europe and beyond.

What You'll Do

Generate New Business Opportunities

• Identify and target high-potential companies in assigned international markets.
• Build and execute outbound prospecting campaigns through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
• Engage with CEOs, CFOs, and finance decision-makers.
• Qualify opportunities and create a strong sales pipeline.
• Develop long-term relationships with prospects and key stakeholders.

Manage the Full Sales Cycle

• Conduct discovery meetings and understand business challenges.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations of the EMAsphere platform.
• Prepare commercial proposals and business cases.
• Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals.
• Ensure a smooth handover to the Customer Success team.

Contribute to International Market Development

• Analyze market trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
• Support market-entry strategies and go-to-market plans.
• Represent EMAsphere at international events, conferences, and trade fairs.
• Develop relationships within local business communities and professional networks.

Drive Sales Excellence

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and sales forecasts.
• Share customer feedback and market insights.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing to optimize lead generation initiatives and campaigns.

Who Are You?

Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or Account Executive roles.
• Proven track record of managing a complete sales cycle and consistently achieving targets.
• Experience in a SaaS, software, or technology environment is strongly preferred.
• International sales experience is a strong asset.

Languages

• Fluent English (mandatory).
• Dutch and/or French.
• Additional European languages are a plus.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
